These figures are guidelines, not a fixed quotation. Rates are reviewed annually on 1 January. Confirm current fees, VAT treatment and any disbursements in your written quotation before instructing.
Payment & practical arrangements
Agreed before commencement
A bespoke quotation is issued and agreed after assessing the skill, responsibility and time needed for the case.
Two-stage invoicing
The terms provide for 50% at instruction and 50% on completion, with payment within 14 days of an invoice.
Hearing or conference cancellation
A cancellation charge may apply where reserved attendance is revoked, depending on the notice given and time reserved. Please refer to the complete terms.
Funding & prior authority
A costed programme of work can be provided where prior authority is required. The instructing solicitor remains liable for invoices irrespective of the outcome of the case.
