Clinical expertise

Dental clinical cases.
Before and after.

Matched clinical photographs illustrating the aesthetic, restorative and implant work behind Dr Patel’s dental expert witness opinion.

Clinical portfolio, not expert witness case findings. Images are presented as photographed, without retouching the dentistry. These examples do not predict individual outcomes.

01 / Aesthetic & restorative

Assessing anterior restorative detail.

Before: Assessing anterior restorative detail.
Before
After: Assessing anterior restorative detail.
After

Anterior restorative work requires attention to tooth structure, contour, colour and the relationship between the restored and adjacent teeth. The clinical photographs show the level of photographic detail available for that assessment.

These images illustrate clinical appearance only. They are not evidence of a legal conclusion and do not, on their own, establish which material was used.

02 / Occlusion & ceramic rehabilitation

Ceramic rehabilitation of a worn dentition.

Before: Ceramic rehabilitation of a worn dentition.
Before
After: Ceramic rehabilitation of a worn dentition.
After

The pretreatment record shows irregular tooth form and uneven incisal edges. The post-treatment frontal photograph documents extensive ceramic restorative changes across both arches, with a more uniform anterior tooth form and a changed visible bite relationship.

What this illustrates +

Clinical assessment can examine tooth form and the visible relationship between the upper and lower teeth. Photographs alone cannot establish measured occlusal contacts, function, long-term stability or a legal conclusion.

Treatment by Dr Sahil Patel. Matching frontal views are shown at each clinical stage; the complete photographed frames are retained.

03 / Implant prosthodontics

Complex tooth replacement. Careful prosthetic planning.

Before: Complex tooth replacement. Careful prosthetic planning.
Before
After: Complex tooth replacement. Careful prosthetic planning.
After

This clinical portfolio describes an implant-supported bridge, an implant-supported crown and replacement of a natural-tooth crown. It includes customised abutments, mixed implant-system restoration and occlusal assessment.

What this illustrates +

Implant reports may need to distinguish surgical and restorative issues. The available records, fixture positions, component compatibility, prosthetic fit and maintenance history all inform the scope of clinical assessment.

Surgical stages were provided by Dr Francisco dos Santos. Dr Patel’s prosthodontic role required a detailed understanding of implant connections, prosthetic design, maintenance access and the remaining dentition.

Instruction within clinical scope.

Dr Patel’s stated experience includes general dentistry, tooth decay, fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges, implants, bone and gum management, dental trauma and occlusion. Suitability is assessed for each instruction. These descriptions do not imply registration as a dental specialist.
