The information you provide, including your name, email, organisation, optional telephone number and enquiry message, is used to respond to your enquiry and consider a potential instruction. Sending an enquiry does not establish an expert witness engagement.
Clinical records
Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, detailed histories or clinical records in an initial web enquiry. Secure transfer arrangements and relevant data protection information will be agreed directly before confidential records are provided.

Poppins typography is served by Google Fonts. Directions links open Google Maps only when selected. The optional mini map contacts Google only after you select Load Google Maps; your browser then shares connection information, such as your IP address, with Google. Third-party resources, enquiry delivery, hosting and analytics must be covered by the clinic-approved privacy and cookie information for the live website.
